How Long Does it Take to Receive my Order?
Our turnaround time to complete your order is 10 working days (Mon - Fri) plus shipping. There are several shipping choices ranging from UPS Next-Day to UPS Ground.  Therefore, if you select next-day shipping, which means you will receive your order the day after it leaves our shop, not the day after you submit your order.

Can I reproduce my personal photos?
Yes. Email your photo to contact@DCoilreproductions.com or contact us at 202-362-8386.

Can I print an image even though I do not have it in a digital format?
Yes, you can mail us an image or preferably a negative. We have the highest quality image and photo negative scanners on the market.  However, you will need to email us first at contact@DCoilreproductions.com and we will assist you with your order.

Why can't I reproduce my photo at any size?
The maximum size of the print is determined by the resolution of the uploaded image. The higher the resolution, the larger print size you may frame.

What If my photo is rejected?
If for some reason we cannot print your photo, we will contact you and explain why we were unable to use that particular photo.  We will either quote a restoration charge (if possible) or request that another photo be sent.

What If My Photo Needs Repair?
At our discretion, we will do minor repairs and cropping. Our technicians will quote all major repairs such as scratches, folds, discoloration or any other retouching.  Remember to submit the best possible original.
